The Story Of Easter Book Cover The Story Of Easter: Read And Share (Read And Share (Tommy Nelson))

The Story of Easter is a visually stunning book that brings the biblical account to life.

Easter is a time of joy, hope, and renewal. It is a time to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the victory of good over evil. The Story of Easter is a beautifully illustrated book that tells the Easter story in a way that is both engaging and meaningful for children and adults alike.

The book begins with the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. The people of Jerusalem welcome Jesus as the Messiah, waving palm branches and shouting, "Hosanna!" Jesus goes to the temple and drives out the moneychangers who are making money from the people's faith.

The next day, Jesus teaches in the temple about the kingdom of God. He tells the people that the kingdom of God is a place of peace and love. He also tells the people that he is the Son of God and that he has come to save them from their sins.

On the evening of that day, Jesus shares a meal with his disciples. This meal is called the Last Supper. Jesus knows that he will soon be crucified, but he tells his disciples that he will rise again. After the Last Supper, Jesus goes to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray. He is very sad and afraid because he knows that he will soon die.

Meanwhile, the Jewish leaders are plotting to have Jesus arrested. They send soldiers to the Garden of Gethsemane to arrest him. Jesus is taken to the high priest and then to Pilate, the Roman governor. Pilate sentences Jesus to death. Jesus is crucified on a cross. He dies on the cross, but he rises again on the third day. The resurrection of Jesus is the victory of good over evil.

The Story of Easter is a timeless tale of faith, hope, and the triumph of good. It is a story that has been told for centuries, and it is a story that continues to inspire people today. The book is beautifully illustrated and the narrative is engaging, making it a perfect book for children and adults alike.
