  2. Work in garter stitch (knit every row) for 30 (34) rows.
  3. Shape the armholes: Bind off 3 stitches at the beginning of the next 2 rows.
  4. Work straight for 16 (18) rows.
  5. Shape the shoulders: Bind off 6 stitches at the beginning of the next 4 rows.
  6. Bind off the remaining stitches.

Front

  1. Cast on 30 (33) stitches.
  2. Work in garter stitch for 30 (34) rows.
  3. Shape the armhole: Bind off 3 stitches at the beginning of the next row.
  4. Work straight for 16 (18) rows.
  5. Shape the neck: Bind off 6 stitches at the beginning of the next 2 rows.
  6. Work straight for 12 (14) rows.
  7. Bind off the remaining stitches.

Sleeves

  1. Cast on 30 (33) stitches.
  2. Work in garter stitch for 30 (34) rows.
  3. Shape the top of the sleeve: Bind off 3 stitches at the beginning of the next 2 rows.
  4. Work straight for 24 (26) rows.
  5. Bind off the remaining stitches.

Assembly

  1. Sew the shoulder seams.
  2. Sew the sleeve seams.
  3. Sew the sleeves to the body.
  4. Sew on the buttons.

Finishing
